JNU Violence: Tollywood Condemns Attack On Students, Teachers, Calls It ‘Shameful’
Weeks after Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) protests that swept the whole nation, a mob of masked men with rods entered the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) campus and attacked teachers and students. Twenty-six students were injured including JNUSU president The pictures and videos of the violence went viral on the social media.

The violence was criticized from all quarters. Many students from different educational institutions joined hands in solidarity with the JNU students. Politicians and Bollywood actors also took to their social media handle and condemned the violent act. Even Tollywood actors also took to Twitter and expressed this act as shameful.
